Autism Social Group

The Autism Social Group is a group for students who identify as being on the autism spectrum.

Background

This is a group run by the Disability Service for students who identify as being on the Autism Spectrum/have Asperger’s Syndrome, whether there is a formal diagnosis or not. This semester the group will mainly meet virtually with quizzes, Netflix film nights and virtual board games. Weather permitting, we also hope to offer some walks during the daytime in socially-distanced, small groups.

Our virtual evening group will be held fortnightly on a Thursday. If you would like to join the ASG, please email disabilityadvice@bath.ac.uk. We will then add you to our Microsoft Teams ASG group where announcements about timings, venue and activities are advertised.

Any suggestions for activities are welcome (and we are happy to help students consider or plan activities they may wish to organise off campus such as cinema trips or visiting a local points of interest).

What to do next?

If you would like to attend please email the Disability Service at disabilityadvice@bath.ac.uk to be added to our MS Team for up-to-date details.
